Attached to the Royal Festival Hall is a concrete walk way for access to the surroundings, including a car park.
The stark concrete has undergone somewhat of a makeover. Functional staircases have been painted bright, eye-catching colours, which blend well with the play space created by the Festival of Neighbourhood.
Concrete has been moulded / manipulated into dens, monuments, arenas, then painted equally bright colours and illustrated by artist Jennifer Camilleri.
Kids can climb, explore, run over, read, sit and let their imagination run wild here!
